Pink Zebra Sprinkles – Product Review
Hi lovelies!
I’m so excited about reviewing Pink Zebra Sprinkles! This review has been a long-time coming. You see, I wanted to try out each scent before writing about them. Umm… BAD idea. Turns out these suckers burn for quite a long while. (Yeah, even the samples!)
Trying out Pink Zebra Sprinkles
So, I got in contact with Leah from Pink Zebra Sprinkles, who asked what kind of scents I liked. I told her herbal scents, and clean scents, nothing too fruity or dessert-smelling. (I already munch enough as it is, there’s no need to fill my room with cookie dough scent!) Leah hooked me up with a handful of samples, and I swear it was love at first scent! The scents included were as follows:
– Stone-Washed Denim
– Turquoise Waters
– Gentle Rain
– Amaretto Cream
– Citrus & Herbs
– Honeysuckle Hugs
– Beach Breeze
– Island Coconut
Do those sound dreamy or what?! I have to say, I think Gentle Rain was my favorite, with Stone-Washed Denim being a close second. They were ALL great smelling though, without being too strong. I don’t know about y’all, but I get headaches when they’re too overpowering. Let’s smell pretty, not forceful, know what I mean?!
These samples burned, and burned, and burned, and burned! I was surprised at how long they last, until Leah gave me the low-down on how these little delights burn 30% longer than most candle. And the best part? They’re made with renewable and sustainable, Earth-friendly wax. They burn smoothly, and keep most of their bright, fun colors while doing so.
The absolute only down side that I had with these vs. Scentsy wax bars is that I didn’t have as much flexibility of changing scents as I did with wax bars, as these are sprinkles, and the samples didn’t come with the store-away carton. BUT, Pink Zebra Sprinkles allows for mixing your favorite scents together in a glass container to create a bomb-diggity smelling, personalized scented candle, so that makes up for it IMHO.
Go check out the different scents available and get in touch with Leah. She’s awesome, and so are her scents. Not to mention, how ridiculously cute are their Simmering Lights shades? I’m going to need to do some serious wax-melting upgrades soon!
Shout out to Leah for the samples! Once I’m all moved in to my new humble abode, I will be having to try out some of those new, adorable simmer light shades!
(Didn’t know I was moving? Take a peak at some of the budget furniture randoms I’ve been collecting here and there, and stay tuned for my budget-design reveal in August!)
